REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT
⦁ Complete on-line Registration Form https://www.tdsmalaysia.com.my
⦁ ATM and Bank Transfer are acceptable and payment slip / proof of payment must accompany the Registration Form sent to The Dance Society of Malaysia before Thursday, 25 April 2025. The Dance Society of Malaysia’s Bank Account is 321-6260903 (Public Bank).
⦁ Confirmation and acceptance on first-come-first-serve basis and upon clearance of payment.
⦁ Any other form of registration is not acceptable.
⦁ Registration is not transferable.
⦁ Once registration is confirmed, there is no refund under any circumstances unless the workshop is cancelled by The Dance Society of Malaysia.

IMPORTANT NOTES
⦁ No cash collection from participants, nor walk-in registration and nor new membership registration is allowed on the day of workshops unless otherwise informed.
⦁ Photography by camera/mobile phone, music recording and video taping of any sort are strictly prohibited.
