(a) Participation in the Programme must be registered by completing and submitting the official Google Form. Each dance item must be registered using a separate Google Form submission.
All registrations must strictly adhere to the instructions, requirements, and deadlines stated in the Google Form, along with payment of the applicable participation fee. (Link: Google Form).

(b) Deadlines and submission requirements are as follows:
i. Registration Deadline: 1 August 2025
ii. Music Submission: Music files must be uploaded via the Google Form at the time of registration and renamed according to the format specified in the Google Form.
iii. Technical Materials Submission (lighting, video references, written materials): 8 August 2025.

(c) Fees and participation limit are as follows:
For dance item with up to 3 dancers:
i. Fee: RM300.00
ii. Maximum duration: 5 minutes
For dance items with a minimum of 3 dancers and up to a maximum of 15 dancers:
i. Fee: RM300.00 (includes the first 3 dancers)
ii. Additional Fee: RM50.00 per additional dancer
iii. Maximum duration: 5 minutes

(d) Certain events, workshops, or performance segments (such as Programme A or Programme B) are subject to TDS’s sole discretion with respect to inclusion, scheduling, format, or sequence. TDS reserves the right to modify, postpone, rearrange, or cancel any segment of the Programme as necessary to meet logistical, operational, or Programme-related considerations.

(e) TDS may provide assistance with logistical arrangements for participants, teachers, choreographers or dance academies from certain states. Such assistance is subject to TDS’s capacity and sole discretion, and cannot be guaranteed in all cases. Such requests must be submitted to TDS in writing and in advance for consideration.

(f) Choreography may be based on any dance genre, including but not limited to Ballet, Contemporary, Jazz, Tap, Cultural Dance, or Street Dance styles. However, all music, lyrics, movements, and costumes must be suitable for a family-friendly audience. Content containing vulgar language, sexually suggestive material, violent themes, or inappropriate attire is strictly prohibited and may result in removal from the Programme at TDS’s discretion.

(g) Basic stage lighting will be provided by TDS. Any additional lighting effects, special technical requirements, or music control (e.g. timing, volume, transitions) must be communicated to TDS in advance of the scheduled rehearsal or performance and will be subject to TDS’s assessment of feasibility and prior approval.
